We believe that they will use any Essqué Productions digital resources/assets in accordance with their selected purchases and will not redistribute/resell (altered or otherwise) said products as their own or for their own profit (see our Commercial Use FAQ for further info on use in regards to designer/client situations). Should evidence of aforementioned or other unethical practices of our assets be discovered, we will endeavor to resolve the issue between us and the errant user before resorting to legal action.
Understand that you purchase, install, and/or use our digital resources/assets of your own free will; and do so with the knowledge that we do our best to make sure our files are bug-free. We are not liable for any damages/loss of data that you may experience to your system (though highly unlikely) after utilizing/installing our files.
